Emily is a lifelong resident of Daviess County, Missouri. She resides in Gallatin with her two daughters Kaitlyn and Addison.
Emily has been with Grand River Title, Inc. in Gallatin, since 2013.
She is a licensed Title Agent and Notary and specializes in real estate closings. Her vast knowledge of the county and experience is beneficial in assisting you with all aspects of your title work needs.
Katy Bender
Kathryn Bender (Katy) is a native of Daviess County, Missouri. She moved to the west coast for several years, then chose to return and fuel her caffeine addiction by opening a local coffee shop in her hometown, Gallatin, MO with her two children, Jazzlyn and Noah. She loves working with people whether it's cofee or helping clients with their sale, purchase or refinance of their real estate. She will always have a cup of coffee waiting for you at the front door.
